Your favorites are still here to enjoy, but we are adding great new tastes for your dining pleasure. Lunch time now offers our Chef's very own version of European style pizza, handcrafted dough and delicious toppings. Each day a different pizza is offered as a special. You'll be sure to find one that suits your tastebuds. Also everyday we offer delicious homemade soups and luncheon specials. We also strive to accommodate special diets.

Our evening menu includes St. Louis style ribs in our own bourbon bar-be-que sauce. Veal Picatta is now a regular on the menu offering the delicate flavors of lemon and capers in a white wine sauce. Santa Fe Talipia has been so well received as a special that we have included it on our regular menu. New Expanded Dining Area A delicate white fish topped with a lively Picco de gallo compote. And now a new Asian Salmon dish is available for salmon lovers. Its sweet, tangy sauce with sesame seeds is sure to be a palate pleaser. For starters we now offer our Grand Bayou Crabs in the shell topped with hollandaise and served on a bed of baby greens.

We are now offering Twilight Dinners on Tue, Wed and Thurs evenings. Our evening dining hours are Tues, Wed, Thurs 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Fri and Sat 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

New Expanded Dining Room

Our new expanded formal dining room and wine garden are now open! Every Saturday you may enjoy entertainment in the dining room, or in the wine garden. The combination of fine dining, exquisite wines and music will make for a memorable evening. Our formal dining room offers seating for 70 guests with white linen and comfortale windsor chairs, all in an old world atmosphere. This delightful room can be reserved for private parties and functions. Let us design a menu just for your group.

Sunday Brunch Buffet

Every Sunday from 9:30AM to 2:00 PM The Eagle's Nest brings you delicious brunch selections featuring omelets made at the buffet table. There is a special luncheon entree item added at 11:30 along with scrumptious sides to choose from. In the dining room. Be sure to join us!
