Good food is a major part of Eagle's Nest. Starting with a full breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am Mon thru Fri and 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturday. Sunday Breakfast is from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Sunday Mornings begin at 8:00 am with a special breakfast menu that includes Eggs Benedict served with our own herbed fried potatoes and generous serving of fresh fruit. Or maybe your taste runs toward the Eagle's Nest Pecan Pancakes and sausage or bacon. Custom omelets made your way are delicious and served with our fried potatoes and fruit. Not to be overlooked is our Farmers Breakfast of butterflied pork loin pan seared and topped with pan gravy, two eggs your way and hash brown fried potatoes and fruit. At 11:00 am our chef offers a special Sunday plate we call Dinner at Grandmas. Each week it is different and represents a good Sunday dinner you might have enjoyed at your Grandma's home...or not! In any case you may order breakfast until 2:00 pm or any luncheon selection and grandmas dinner. We close at 2:00 pm on Sundays.

Our bistro lunch menu and our fine dining evening menu are sure to please even the most discriminating palate. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday and until 3pm on Saturday. Several different soups and salads are offered as well as a wide variety of sandwiches; like The Eagle, hickory smoked turkey breast, smoked bacon, baby Swiss cheese, red leaf lettuce, tomato, and basil mayo on foccacia bread. Or try the Chicken Caesar Wrap, grilled chicken in a herb & garlic wrap with Caesar dressing, grated parma, romaine and red onion. Try our new Hand Crafted Pizzas- different every day.

Every Wednesday evening our chef creates the "Blue Plate Special" for the week. Enjoy a delicious meal for just $8.95, accomplied by our famous warm rosemary bread. 5pm to 8pm.

Bakery goods The Bakery prepares all the baked goods at the Eagle's Nest. Enjoy the freshness as it comes out of our oven. Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Strudel, Cherry Turnovers, Muffins, Cookies, Elephant Ears, Orange Golden Raisin Scones, Breads, Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding and Specialty Cakes and Pies...all baked right in our oven.
