Our 2008 rate is based on the euro exchange rate.  Those cooking will make an investment of approximately $3000 and their non cooking partner will make an investment of $1900.

This fee covers all classes and instruction, foods and wine, excursions, dining out, lodging for five nights and days, breakfast daily and other amenities.

A deposit of 25% is required upon making your reservation. Cancellation notice received 90 days prior to the date is fully refundable, less an administration fee of $250.00. After the 90 day time frame there is no refund of the deposit. The balance is required 45 days before departure.  Any cancellations after the 45 days will result in only a 50% refund. It is recommended that reservations be made at least 6 months in advance.  We also recommend that you purchase trip interruption insurance; most major credit cards offer this service for a nominal fee. Pricing does not include airfare, train fare, laundry service for personal laundry, alcoholic beverages other than that arranged with meals.
