room The Bakery prepares all the baked goods at the Eagle's Nest. Enjoy the freshness as it comes out of our oven. Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Strudel, Cherry Turnovers, Muffins, Cookies, Assorted Scones, Breads, Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding and Specialty Cakes and Pies...all baked right in our oven.
Speciality cakes & pies are available by special order!

Daily:
A lunch special is served in the Bakery or Winery. This includes soups, salads & speciality Quiche. Somthing diffrent each day; usually a choice of two or three delicious lunchen items.

Group Lunches
Available for up to 8 guests. Reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.

Caterings
Josephine's caters all types of events, to elegant weddings & rehearsal dinners to boating lunches. Please call for details.

A Culinary Legacy is a cookbook that offers the reader an entrance into the daily life of a small village in Provence. The liveliness of the foods of Province are brought to the table through delicious recipies.
